We always aim to provide top quality second hand items, and while we minimise wear and tear through quality checks, there is a certain margin for error as specified in grading. However; if complaints and issues do come up, please ensure that you have your box tracking numbers, and labels saved and separated as per shipments so we can track which unit the issues are from. There is also a 3 week timeline from the time a parcel has been delivered to lodge the complaints. Please cooperate on these so any issues can be solved in a timely manner.
